JMG Investments LLC owns and runs jmginvestmentsllc.com. This page explains what we do with the information you send us through this site, in plain language. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and we'll explain it.
We only ask for what we need to look at a property and get back to you. When you fill out the cash offer form, that is:
We don't ask for your Social Security number, bank details, or account logins on this site, and you shouldn't send them through the form.
We use your information to look at the property, put together a cash offer and, if you want one, a listing estimate, and then contact you about it. That's the main use. We may also use it to follow up on a question you asked, or to keep a record of the conversation.
We do not sell your information, and we don't rent or trade it to lead companies or marketing lists.
When you check the consent box on the form, you're agreeing that JMG Investments LLC and Justin Goette may call or text you at the number you gave, including with automated technology or prerecorded messages, about your property. Checking the box is not a condition of selling, and you can say no to an offer without it affecting anything.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, and stop calls by telling us on the call or emailing us. Message and data rates may apply. If you reply STOP, we'll honor it, though we may still contact you by email if you've asked us a question there.
A few service providers handle parts of this for us, and they only see what they need to do their job:
If you and we get as far as a transaction, we'll share what's needed with the title company handling the closing and, if we assign the contract, with the investor buying it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
This site doesn't run advertising or analytics tracking, and we don't use it to follow you around the internet. Our hosting provider may set technical cookies it needs to serve the site securely and keep it online. Your browser settings control cookies if you want to block them.
We keep your information while we're working on your request, and afterward for as long as we need it to honor a transaction or meet a legal, tax or licensing requirement. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the parts that identify you.
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (714) 873-7942 and we'll take care of it. We may need to confirm it's really you before we act on the request, and we may have to keep certain records the law requires.
This site is for adults selling or considering selling property. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
